Thank you for the voa's, both are light for their grades. This is considered as thick in the 50 grade. I'm a bit confused about the silicon and sodium since it's new.
Silicon is probably an anti-foaming additive. That is some thick oil. I might put this in my single kawasaki JD but I'd be afraid the blades wouldn't turn.

Sodium is a rust inhibitor and is needed when used in Nitromethanol fueled engines because a lot of moisture and nitric acids are accumulated in the oil.
I have been in the pit when the oil is drained. It looks like liquid mustard.
