Different experience here, HD isn't so good and WM(in Irvine and Laguna Hills) is much better, it is much better than Target too. But WM stores in other cities in Orange County are lousy.

Walmart tried to open some stores in Irvine for more than 10-15 years, they didn't have permit until 2-3 years ago.

The website says they have 5w30 forumula shell for $13.97 for a 5 quart jug in stock.

Will stop by there next time I need to change oil in the matrix.

Not a bad deal and right in my neck of the woods.

Doesn't HD offer military veterans a 10% discount too? There are also "movers coupons" and online discounts.

Yup, I noticed this when I was there a few weeks ago. Home Depot is being very aggressive with their pricing. Having the same prices as Walmart on some items, and on some items I looked at Home Depot's prices were better than Walmarts or Amazons.

$24.97 for Mobil 1 in Minnesota. Two bucks a jug cheaper than Walmart in same area.
