HDEO available oil at local Dollar General

Went into local Dollar General a couple days ago and saw Prime Guard (distr. by Highline Warren Inc.) 15w 40 oil in 1 gal. container ($15) on shelf. This is a recent addition to their engine oil selection, at least at this store (I'm in there once or twice a week). Has anyone else seen this product on the shelf at their local Dollar Gen.?
