I would recommend UOA using Oil Analyzer labs. The smell test is not accurate to detect 4% fuel vs 2%. Sure, if you got 10% you will smell it, but to detect the 2% difference with your nose?

Honda GDI Turbo engine needs more frequent oil changes and higher viscosity, not the boutique oils.

Also, to make you feel better, Mexican owner Manual for 2019 RDX lists 5w-30 and 0w-30 as acceptable viscosity.
