I picked up a ratty looking Honda Express motoscooter/moped for 100 bucks. It runs but it's gonna need some work before I can really drive it much. Both brakes aren't working, horn and light doesn't work, the air filter box and filter are missing and I think the carb is dirty. The seat and rear shock probably need to be replaced too. Anyone know what the mixture rate is for this? Aparently it has an oil tank or something, but the kid (yeah, about 14 years old) I bought it from said he just mixes the oil and gas. Yeah, I would just mix the oil and gas like the kid did. Some of those oil mixers used to have problems - they didn't mix right or got clogged and didn't mix at all.
 
This is the first moped I've seen come up for sale in a long time around these parts. If I were in a bigger city I could most likely have gotten a much better one for the price I paid for this one. Anyway, what ratio should I be mixing the oil and gas?
