Is anybody noticing that all recent Blackstone OA'a are severely deficient in numbers? I have retested several UOA's from several bottles with different labs and something is wrong.

i have noticed the big lows in additives via blackstone for instance torco sr-5 racing oils, their mpz assembly lube, vsot is severly different from the other voa in the past and redlines 10w30 etc where they have zinc at 1200ppm where redlines zinc should be at 1400...one poss should expect the differences between oil analysis companies...take all with a grain of salt..imho

Could you please elaborate? Deficient how?

Unless it find your Coolant leak!!! If they keep getting stuff way off will they catch a small leak???

That is the point. But trend analysis is the BIG point. If they are consistent then it should be no problem at all.
