Remove spilled oil and dirt from radiator

When I changed oil one time and accidentically spilled some oil to the front of radiator, the oil stained area is now covered with a layer of dirt. What is the best way to wash the dirt/oil off without taking the radiator out of my car?

Won't it come off with water spray? Try Castrol Super Clean spray. Don't let this degreaser sit on the aluminum radiator too long because it can attack aluminum.

Will brake cleaner or throttle body cleaner work on aluminum radiator?
