This UOA looks much better after replacing the lift pump. Fuel in the 200k UOA was 4%.

You are really getting a trend on this truck. I am really surprised that you went 14K on this run knowing you had fuel dilution. Also I am sure Terry is looking at the Potassium numbers. Trending down, but is the leak still there? Just curious.

59,

So am I! Sometimes I just can't make my brother listen.... We'll watch the potassium levels.

If you continue to have a problem, you may still consider getting the injectors at least cleaned..

Injectors on the common rails are a known weak spot if you use pressure boxes, but can also just plain wear out.

Do you use any fuel additives? I personally use power service every time I add fuel. Maybe a few good rinses with their fuel injector cleaner might do, otherwise it might be time to have the injectors pull and professionally cleaned.

Just replacing the lift pump shouldn't make much of a difference... Glad it worked, just confused why?
