walmart supertech 15w-40 oil, CI-4 rated, not the old CH-4 stuff. No oil added, about a quart burned over the interval.
1989 Ford F-250, 7.3L IDI International with aftermarket ATS turbo (has exhaust leak == no boost most of time). Running a K&N air filter.

Mileage on oil is 2373 miles, time on oil was 6 months almost to the day (from October till April). Truck odometer at 136000. We had a cold winter too, one day truck wouldn't start because batteries were frozen.

I don't know much about diesel UOA's but it looks pretty good. Not bad for the price.

ST oils sometimes get a bad rap for low additive packs. Usually I don't find much credence in these comments-- close examination shows more than the subjective comments indicate. This stuff DOES look a bit light, however, it seems to be performing pretty well. Low mileage but tough weather for a 15w40. TBN certainly looks good--better than my 10w30, know diesels are different.
