How many quart does the Ford 4.6litre hold

I am goint to change the oil in my sister's car and do an Auto-rx treatment. She has a Mercury Grand Marquis (2001). I plan on picking up a 12 quart case of Chevron Supreme (20wt). But I need to know how many quarts of oil it holds.

I have a 2001 Crown VIc. 5-1/2 quarts usally does me right.
