Assuming your eyes are actually capable of seeing the dot. Mine aren't so great these days.

Though, to be fair, at pistol ranges the difference between a dot and a splodge isn't that important unless you're trying to shoot a fly between the eyes.

Ruger Mark III Target (bull barrel) great fun to shoot but a pain in the rear to disassemble ! ...Supposedly - it is supposed to get easier to disassemble over time but I have not found that to be the case (yet) .
Not sure about the newer Mark IV as that break down barrel over time may cause looseness which may affect accuracy .

Buy a sig P250 or P320, which can be had with exchange kits very readily. You can change them into all sorts of form factors and calibers. The P250 particularly can be had for pretty low cost.
