Yep sure did. They sent a replacement, which also was damaged in shipping. It was loose in a box banging around. Several dents on both filters they sent me. They have now agreed to send a third filter, and stated he will bubble wrap it himself. (It's a larger company, complete with a call center) we shall see how the third attempt goes.
