Ive never use jack pad in past. All of my vehicles had enough space for put jack on pinch weld and never had any issue.
But i need to use jack pad for my current car. So i have bought hockey puck with metal pinch weld adaptor from Amazon but it slipped off. Luckly it did not damage to the car but it was scary.
This is what i have bought with hockey puck

Do you think JB Weld is strong enough to hold these two piece together when jacking up a vehicle?
Or should i just go ahead buy one of these?
This is one piece rubber from Amazon

And this is other option.
