According to this, it's a soft NLGI 2 grease, which puts its thickness right in the middle of where you would expect most automotive greases to be. Of course it's out of date, so some drying/thickening may have occurred.
If its a 5% moly no way I would use that in wheel bearings or U joints. Look at any of the big grease manufacturers of 5% moly grease, all specifically say not to use it in wheel bearings.
