I have 7 QT's of Mobil1 0W-40 Euro formula, the new FS stuff, oil left over. I intend to use the oil in my 2012 LS3 Vette. It is not driven hard and only gets about 2500 miles per year and no HARD driving.
Issues?
1. It's obviously out of warranty
2. Only has 14,000 total miles
3. Live in S. Arizona with HOT summers
4. The new M1 0W-40 is really just a heavy 30W

Thanks

That oil should work perfectly in that engine, IMO

I've ran Euro 0w40 M1 several times in may cammed VVT Delete L92 (Exact hardware as a LS3 besides the valve relieved pistons) with no issues.

My valvetrian is a little quieter with Mobil 1 TDT 5w40 CI-4+ but I'm running high rate dual springs.

Thanks sir. I was hoping you were still around. I haven't been here in a while so figured I would ask.

It is a popular choice for Corvette and Camaro owners that are out of warranty and no longer need to pick a dexos certified oil.

Thanks all for the opinions. They matched my feelings but it's always nice to get confirmation.
