I use a bicycle pump. Only free air station I'm aware of in this area has been broken for three years. Taiwanese don't generally fix things unless they REALLY have to.

I can see people bleeding out what they perceive as excessive pressure on those warmed up tires resulting in underinflating their tires.

I have a few of these Harbor Freight "High Volume" air pumps

I used to see them with a coupon for $19.99 - but not for years now.

I use a Viair compressor to air up cold in the driveway, and check the display for the individual tire pressures to verify.
