I appreciate the light heartedness of the gags involved but that video was among the weakest I've ever seen.
It's good to see they have rubber chickens over there.
Is the CIS (Confederation of Independent States) still the name of the old USSR?

The Russian sense of humor is probably very dry compared to what you might expect. That is why something like Robin Williams does not translate well into Russian.
As far as I know, its still known as the CIS. Given my name, you can understand my affinity for anything rubber chicken related.
