Thanks very much for doing this!

If you look at the VOA's on the PQIA site, Citgo is very consistent in its add-pack levels - US and Canada stuff the same basically.
 
New base number is 8; old one was 6.1...what do you mean?

For a 'budget syn', that is pretty darn strong.
