Goats milk pudding is also good.
What if the goat is male? Milking a male goat won't get you the kind of milk you need for fudge. Besides the goat if female needs a reason to make milk. How old is the Goat? You want to eat young stuff.

There are various herbicides that will control it.
I checked online and couldn't find anything. I don't want to chemically hurt the trees that share the ground.
There was a story last year about Michigan State University using goats to suppress the poison ivy in certain areas. It made the news because the unionized landscapers were squawking about goats taking work away from them.

Roundup and 2 4 D will do the job and not hurt the trees.
