It's 125 years today since women got the right to vote in New Zealand. We've had 3 women leaders for our country...still breaking new ground for women, and still a long way to go.
 
Worth adding that NZ were the first country to allow all women to vote.

Awesome! None of us could be here without mom. Spartan society treated women with great admiration.
 
Well the Springboks have always been No2, always a close game. And now our women rugby teams are dominating the world - the Black Ferns world champs again, and the womens Rugby 7's too !
 
I hope to visit there someday. I have a niece working in Wellington.

Rugby is real football compared to our nfl.
 
I read this all wrong as in "125 years women finally get the right to vote but we've had 3 female leaders since then." I was scratching my head hard.
