Yes, a 2011 Silverado 4.3 original air filter. 8,500 miles on truck. Owner's manual says first oil change after 50,000 miles. The filter looks fine to me. The truck has had 4 oil changes.

I hope you mean air filter and not 50k miles on the oil?
If you meant the air filter, I don't go by miles I go by my restriction gauge. Hit the restriction or 6 years, whichever comes first.
