This is the live data from my 06 Escalade AWD VortecMAX. 162k. Very hot day. I'm no expert. Does anyone see anything bad?

Looks fine. At first I thought the Short-Term Fuel Trim (STFT) from Bank 2 Sensor 2 should be near zero, or at least +/-8% or so, but the 99.2% its showing must be normal for Sensor 2.
After all, the OBDII computer software running the show here would be giving you a "Check Engine" light on your dashboard if something was out-of-range or there was a problem detected on one of the many passive & active tests it runs all the time. If you were getting a Check Engine light, there would probably be several Fault Codes which would point to problem areas.

Looks good!

Fuel Trims for individual O2 sensors are not valid/supported PID's on '03-'07 Delphi P59 controllers.
STFT B1
STFT B2
LTFT B1
LTFT B2
Are the only Fuel Trim data PID's that I would take seriously.
