Dyson Analysis vs. Blackstone VOA of Elf Excellium LDX 5W-40. Samples from same 1L bottle were sent to Dyson and Blackstone for analysis.

Blackstone Comment:
The TBN for this unused oil was 11.0, which is quite high for an oil intended for use in a gas
engine. The viscosity when checked @ 210ºF, was properly on the SAE 40W range. We have never
seen this oil before, but as nicely as it checks in all tests, we will probably be seeing a lot more of it.
This 10W/40 oil was found to be clean and dry and in serviceable condition.
