Mystik JT-8 Synthetic Blend 15w50

Just got this email response from CITGO / Mystik on moly content.

"The current formulation of Mystik JT-8 15W-50, which clearly states on the bottle as being a synthetic blend, does not contain any molybdenum disulfide (moly). However, if you find older product which does not state synthetic blend on the bottle, the moly content would be approximately 120 ppm."

Okay, so moly content of this oil is low to none.

Is this a JASO "MA" wet-clutch oil, or does that matter for your application?

It's a heavy duty diesel oil. I usually run Rotella 15w40 in my GL1100 and was looking for a 50wt diesel oil to run during the summer. Will give it a try next change.

I would like to know where you found the Mystic 15w50?? The only places I have found Mystic oil at all in this area are the various farm stores and none have any 15w50 only 15w40. This is in middle Tennessee, but I do go through Oklahoma three or four times a year and would stock up on some if I knew where to go.
