Honda M/C -car oil filter site

This guy is using car oil filters on his VFR's,CBR's ect.

Also gives advise on oil.

Don't shoot the messenger,just thought you might get a kick out of his take on why not to use a energy conserving oil in a Bike!

I did not know Pennzoil made a motorcycle specific oil,nor did I know Castrol makes a 20/60 Synthetic. It also tells a little about the R series Castrol in one of those links

Unfortunately most of those articles are out of date. I think that the article at the bmw site does show that some auto oils are just as suitable for bike use as some bike specific oils.

I use the Honda filter he talks about. In the near future I plan on doing a pressure drop vs flow test on the OEM Toyo Roki and compare it to the M1. If the M1 has comparable or better flow characteristics then I may consider using it.
