2008 Civic LX Sedan not starting

It was in 50's today. But in last few days, it was in single digit.

Tank was 1/4 full, what's dry gas?
 
Guess, car was flooded and now running fine, thanks to all of you how helped

Fuel systems are sealed. You won't get condensation.

No, I still think crank was weak and noise was faint, hard to explain.

Hah, I knew that they were sealed nowadays, but never put the two together that the condensation thing isn't really a thing anymore.
