2001 Silverado Fender Flare Clips

Sorry if this seems like a lazy question... I'm going to be installing some OE style fender flares on my truck, but need clips to secure them. Anyone know what type of clip these use? Thanks!

Do the flares come with them? With a lot of the Ford moldings the only way to get clips is with the molding.

They only use a few clips across the bottom edge of the molding. The top edge is held with two sided tape.
