I have a 2012 Mazda3 Skyactiv hatchback. E15 recently became available at QT stations in this area. QT was already my station of choice due to carrying Top Tier fuel at competitive prices. So, I guess I may be taking my chances because my owner's manual states that acceptable fuel not exceed 10% ethanol. My fuel economy has not changed significantly. It reads, on average 0.5mpg higher than E10 87 octane. (not significant) It FEELS more responsive. (anecdotal) It costs 7 cents less per gallon and is rated 88 octane.

So, I'm going to keep using it. There ya go.

Using E15 is not a performance issue. Mazda feels the increased alcohol may harm fuel system components.

I love that "Life of Brian" reference. What awesome religious satire. It won't end my life if I damage the car from the use of E15. I like to live life on the edge - HA!

You think making payments on a $40,000 car is hard try making payments on a $500,000 harvester.

Especially without biweekly paycheques, or, getting one used at "only" $400,000 and having to pay bank loan rates.
