Yup, shows 25-50% PAO.

It does, but needs to be above 50% to be considered Full Synthetic in Germany.
Also, pour point dropped to -51, while it was before -60. Obviously they changed something.
 
I recently purchased some Shell Helix Ultra Professional 5w30,the label states it is made in Germany.This is the first time i have read that on any of their oils.Does this signify a change/improvement to the formula?

No, it is still GTL, which is very good base.
 
I was on PepBoys today and much to my surprise they had a lot of Castrol 0w30 (ACEA A3).
