Take the old one to Walmart, and find the appropriate garden tractor battery. My uncle did this on his Yamaha...half the cost, for a better battery! Sadly, I can't do that. (I need a sealed, AGM, or gel battery.)

So I received the battery today and checked with Yuasa for the date code, they are saying battery is from 2006.
Code on top of the battery is : 6D02E
Now should I pour acid in it or go back to amazon and get a newer one? Thanks for any advice and help.

If it's a dry battery, it should be fine.
They don't age much if they haven't had acid

Absolutely yes, as long as the bike can use a conventional (flooded) battery.
