Bummer. For what it's worth, Amsoil has the correct oil filter for your Lexus.
 
According to Rockauto they make a Fram Toughguard (rated for 10K OCI).....they also sell a Mobil 1 filter if you want to extend your OCI. They do not list a Fram Ultra.

Since it’s a cannister, the Fram isn’t known to be the best choice. Look at Mahle, Mann, or Hengst for the best, IMO.

As you can see in my dog, I'm a loyal Toyota fanboy. Why would you choose TRD over an Amsoil oil filter? I can't find any data on the TRD????

Really and just what is the microns rating on those TRD filters I can't find the spec anywhere. I'd like to know so I could really comparison shop.
