I agree with Bars, and I think Bars makes the GM pellets also...same stuff.
 
I bought what was a pretty nice 528e that had sustained minor body damage. 117 K miles. 3.46 limited slipnewish brakes and suspension. All I had to do was fix the LF corner and the bumper.I was finishing up the project and i decided to drain and flush the muddy looking coolant. Should have been green. I flushed the system until it ran clear. I drained the block,and added the right amount of coolant, 1/2 the capacity then topped off the rest with water. I pressurized the system and looked at several drips hitting the driveway. The muddy looking coolant was a load of Bars Leak. I stopped counting pin head leaks after about 12. It was comical. The car had spent its life on the coast and the Cape. and salt did a job on the AL core. The Bars Leak was working great. I used it to manage a leaky htr core on my son's '86 528e.
