I always tend to go to local private business establishments, for practically any service or job I can't do.
As the basis of corporations/name brand businesses are purely profit with no regard to customer.
Compared to a private owner/business that will attempt to listen the customer more.
Not to say I haven't had problems, but they were reasonable or easier to work with
However if your vehicle isn't worth too much maybe under $5K then go for it!
