I picked up a NAPA Pro Select cabin air filter today. It had paper pleats instead of that flannel like stuff the factory uses. I could've got the flannel if I went with the NAPA Gold at almost double the price.
Any difference in flow characteristics or longevity between paper and flannel ?
If anything I did notice is the paper sure is stiffer than the flannel. Being that this filter is the kind that gets folded under, it seems like the flexibility of the flannel would be better.
By the way, the Pro Select is made in Poland and the NAPA Gold is made in China.
