Check the API licensing to ensure it's licensed. If so, I'm sure it's serviceable.

On the other hand, their claim to have the highest VI of any motor oil is silly. It's high, but not the highest of any motor oil. Also, their claim of ACEA E6 is false. You're not going to have 1356 ppm of zinc and then somehow magically have under 800 ppm of phosphorus. And, which of their laundry list of specifications are meets or exceeds, which are actual builder approvals, and which are they simply recommending for?

They have a reasonably good data sheet and some reasonable numbers. Pull back some of the silly claims and be more forthcoming about the other ones, and they could have a real winner on their hands.
