Are you sure its the "g" model?
I don't know about the model in question. But, I was just looking at code readers/scanners with ABS and/or SRS capability and it seems that all of these diy level units lag 3 to 5 years behind in terms of vehicle abs/srs compatibility. It varies by vehicle brands and scanner brands. I saw nothing newer than 2015 (Autel, some vehicle brands).
I'm considering something a step or two up from my $15 simple code reader. The ABS/SRS capability really seems iffy regarding value and usability.

3040d is the model $73.45 @amazon has a live mode and abs the 3100j has abs,SRS but no live mode for $84.70
