What % fuel dillution would warrant dumping oil

Getting back to the OP's question, assuming you aren't measuring it yourself, I'd think you'll get fuel dilution measures as part of a UOA which will also tell you the viscosities.

The viscosity dropping below that specified by the manufacturer would perhaps be a reasonable basis for oil change.

In practice I'd think the lab supplying the analysis will probably advise you on this.

My take is:

Colorado at 6150 km ... MD=90; IC=0.30 and DP=3.0 .. closer to 2 rather than 3.

Captivaa at 1000 km ... MD=98; IC=0.15 and DP=0.3 .. closer to 1 rather than 2.
