I saw one at a yard sale. It appeared to be a vintage style European style bike. I got it for $25,w/o rear derailleur. I have never heard of this brand. Anyone here ever heard of it? Apparently it was a very small co. that made 'em.

Not me. Lots of bicycle companies came and gone over the decades.
If it has chromoly tubing and 700X wheels, you might have something decent worth fixing.
Does the bike fit you? Most people don't know good bikes from bike shops come in different frame sizes to fit people of different heights.
If it is an old road bike aka "10 speed" to those of the 70's bike boom era, it should have came with downtube shifters if it's a decent bike.
If it does have 700X wheels, it was a higher end bike of it's time. If it has 27" steel chrome wheels, try to avoid putting much money into it unless you'll ride it which is great.
