Tighten Tailgate?

09 Tundra. I have a decent rattle over bumps. I can shake the tailgate and feel a little
play/space between the gate and the rubber knob.

Is there a way to tighten the gate arms?

I tried to glue a rubber washer on one of the knobs to extended it a bit but didn't hold. I tried.

Does the knob unscrew?

Rubber but has a ridge that holds it in.
