Time offset in user preferences

Doesn't seem to be working on the Recent topics thinger on the right side. It always uses server time.
Posts and other stuff seems to work fine. Any way to fix it?
Minor issue, but throws me off sometimes.

You mean on the left side?

Yeah, mine is off as well. Looks like something that needs to be corrected in the UBB software/config.
