So it just again started bucking with no CEL; so I changed the TPS on a whim and that did not fix it; Now it has thrown A CEL and I get P0300, 01 and 02 codes.

Summary; new'ish' plugs (2 years); new coil, new wires, new TPS.

Any ideas? Cam position sensor?

Is this an issue the dealer can plug in and instantly determine the issue? It is costs me a few hundred for them to swap a $35 sensor I am almost ready to do that now. I am out of ideas.

Thanks.

Check and make sure EGR valve is not sticking open and make sure the EGR passages are not plugged.
If it is the cam position sensor, you might try unplugging it; the PCM will switch to batch firing the injectors instead of timed with the intake valve but should not cause major performance disturbance.
