Well, after two months of waiting, my MK-12 showed up:

Excited to try it out! Came in a very nice suede case and with the following accessories:
- Carrying strap
- Carrying handle (rail mounted)
- Fixed sites (flip up irons are included and installed)
- 2x 5rd mags
- 1x 3rd mag
- Full, modified and cylinder bore chokes
- Misc. tools

Pretty excited to try it out.

One thing I did notice is that loading the mags isn't as easy as with brass. The rim of the next shell catches on the start of the brass of the previous shell, so you have to use a bit of an angle.

No problem, will provide one once I've had it out

Sorry for the huge delay, I've finally had this thing out and it is AWESOME!

I've got a small mark on my shoulder from the butt stock, but the recoil was extremely manageable, allowing for rapid fire and quick draining of the mags, which swap just like in an AR15, so reloading is very quick.

The trigger is AR-15-ish, the safety is as well, and the bolt behaviour is as expected, though more of your AK-47 style here.

I had a number of friends try it out and they found it an absolute hoot!

We were shooting Federal 00 buck, which cycled perfectly and appeared to pattern well with the factory flip-up iron sights.

All-in-all, VERY impressed and looking forward to having it out again shortly.

Those Turkish people have made gigantic inroads into the retail gun market. MKE Ammo, han'guns, shotguns galore.

It was around $1,100 after taxes.

That's not bad at all if it holds up well in the long run.

Aluminum receiver, should be pretty good. That's why I opted for it over other options in this category. I know there are guys with well over 1K rounds through them and no issues
