2006 Speed3. ~26K on the bike, 3,200mi on the oil. Mostly commuting and ~50 mile weekend rides, a little hooning here and there. Shifting got a little notchy towards the end (probably from shearing down) but still fine to me. Wear looks excellent. New oil is the non-synthetic 15W40, I was going to change it after ~2K but maybe I'll leave it for longer.

Make sure the oil is boiling hot when you take the sample, I think if you do, you wont see fuel, and I am sure if you dont see fuel the viscosity will be just a little bit more normal for a shared sump.
As far as wear numbers, I know nothing about Triumph ...

absolutely idiotic statements by the stoners.

how can you have universal averages if you have never seen one before??? !!!

they wear metals look typical of other engines, but what about this one?
oh yeah, you havent seen one before!

so 1.8% fuel "might" thin it? might? omg really?
flash of 355 is 50f on the poor side. or 1/7th
is 1/7th a "might" stoners?
hey stoners is it ok if we only pay 6/7ths of the cost for the sample?

Where, pray tell, does Blackstone say they haven't seen one before? Please point that out, I missed it. There is such a focus on demeaning comments toward Blackstone, proper reading isn't taking place. And that isn't a reflection on Blackstone...
