Can this industrial grease be used to lube truck?

Hello,I have a chance to get some free grease is it OK to use this to lube my car and truck?

I wouldnt use it... probably be ok for sliding applications(chassis) but it might create sliding instead of rolling on some uses(bearing).
 
It is most likely not compatable with the grease already in your truck. Just get a good cheap multipurpose grease that is lithium based.
