FORGIVE THE LACK OF DETAILS:
The red, battery powered toy car featured in "The Godfather II" was a real toy. It was mentioned in the dialogue and we saw it in the snow in the backyard.
Road & Track actually reviewed it as a real car. They did it as an addition after a review of a red Mustang. They used the same format etc.
It was hysterical. Kira
