The advantage of Schaeffers #132 is that is has some additives. Antimony is one anti wear additive in it.

I use it mixed with oil for lubing cylinders/rings when building an engine.

I run a thicker multi weight due to high milage. Ford calls for 10W-30 but I use a 10W-40. Quite an increase in viscosity at 100C.
 
If you don't plan to buy more oil, definitely Rislone High mileage Compression Repair or STP Smoke Treatment will do the job nicely to reduce oil consumption, otherwise get M1 HM 10w-40.
