I saw that some other producer's 0W30 A3/B4 already met it in February
Do you know these new VOLVO standards?

Total Q9KE 0W30 got the approval in April 2016. ???

Spec found - seems nothing special.

These are essentially Volvo putting specs in place to cover what was previously covered by ACEA specs. You've got A3/B4 0W-30 and A5/B5 0W-30 type specs. As said above, nothing special, just getting ducks in a row.
