When is the best time of year to get a car painted?

The "old timers" Mid to late summer, less contaminates in the air, and less humidity. Perhaps early Fall before wilting of plants.
But really anytime other than winter should be fine for a professional, using a pro shop they should have excellent HEPA air filters, and humidity control.
