Should the thermostat be replaced with every radiator flush? The last time I
drained the radiator was 2009 (I didn't install a new thermostat then),
but have driven just 10,000 miles since. Thanks in advance for any
recommendations and input.

Agree with both posts above. Leave that OEM t-stat in there until there's an actual problem.

I'd leave well enough alone if it's working. If and when you do replace it use an OE thermostat.

If you're doing your coolant flush every 150,000 miles with an OAT or HOAT coolant, then perhaps you can change the thermostat at the same time.. but since you said only 10,000 miles, then I'd say absolutely not, unless you're seeing some other problem with the cooling system, or your thermostat housing is leaking.

If everything is good otherwise, and you just want to flush the coolant, then just do the coolant.
