Can I mail someone a new filter for a C&P?

I bought some Fram Pro white label filters and I'd like to see them C&P'd properly by someone with a proper cutter and experience.

Current BITOG opinion is that they are same as Tough Guards, but it's obvious they are not because have nitrile ADBVs.

What makes a Fram PRO different than a regular Fram, other than the grippy textured outside?

Fram Pro is for shops (hence the "Pro" moniker).

They are not for sale to the general public from Fram, but e-bay deals can be found all the time.
